How can I cash out my balance?
First, verify your account. You can learn how to do this in this section of the FAQ.
Go to the “Cashout” section using the sidebar on the left side of the page. Remember, only your Market balance can be withdrawn. The Trade balance and Instant Buy balance cannot be withdrawn.

Rules for cashing out Market balance:
- Funds added through deposits cannot be withdrawn, as they can only be used for purchases.
- You can withdraw only the Market balance received from selling items, which becomes available after the eight-day hold.
- Market balance can be withdrawn on VISA cards only.
- The minimum withdrawal amount depends on the payment system.
Important details:
- The Instant Buy balance cannot be withdrawn, but after eight days it becomes part of your Market balance and will then be available for withdrawal.
- We don’t charge any withdrawal fees, but your payment system may apply its own commission.
