Before the Austin Major started, fans were wondering: would the legendary ST FN AK-47 Case Hardened 661 make an appearance? This one-of-a-kind skin was sold for over a million dollars — and yes, it showed up!

We didn’t have to wait long either. It appeared in the second stage of the tournament in the hands of NiKo. Sadly, it didn’t help Team Falcons much — the Saudi team had a rough showing and didn’t perform well. Still, their players used not one, but two of the most expensive skins in the game. Let’s talk about the second one next.

The AWP Dragon Lore is already expensive. A Factory New version alone can cost around $15,000. But when it comes to souvenir versions, the price skyrockets.

Team Falcons sniper m0NESY used a souvenir Dragon Lore during the tournament. It came with Team Liquid and Flipsid3 stickers — but the real highlight is the float value. This particular AWP is the 5th best float in the world for a souvenir Dragon Lore. That pushes its estimated value close to $400,000.

Another AWP skin that can go toe-to-toe with Dragon Lore is Gungnir. A Factory New version also goes for about $15,000. The top skin from the Norse Collection has always battled for the title of the most valuable AWP in the game.

There were several Gungnir skins at the Austin Major, but one stood out: a craft with five holographic Team Dignitas Kato 14 stickers. Each of those stickers costs around $30,000! Even though sticker value drops when applied, this combo still carries a huge price tag.

This time, we’ve got two standout Wild Lotus skins to showcase. The base Factory New Wild Lotus costs around $20,000, but add some rare float values and top-tier stickers, and the price goes way up.

Donk used a version with the 21st best float and four Titan Holo Kato 14 stickers, each worth more than $100,000!

Twistzz didn’t have the same sticker combo, but he used another top craft featuring Team Dignitas Holo Kato 14s. What made his skin stand out was the float — Wild Lotus in the inventory of the Canadian has the 6th best float in the world. Definitely worth a mention!

The MongolZ continued to win hearts at the Major, and Senzu flexed two rare and awesome skins. He has the best M4A1-S Vaporwave in the world, and a Black Pearl Talon Knife Doppler with a pure gem pattern!

Individually, these skins aren’t that expensive — you can buy Factory New versions for around $400 and $4,000, respectively, — but with top float values and elite status, their worth shoots up. And honestly, why not show off when you’ve got gems like these?

Now the teams are taking a short break. Roster changes are coming, but that doesn’t mean we’re going anywhere. Add our blog to your bookmarks — we’ll keep sharing the coolest stories from the world of Counter-Strike!
