In the early days of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive skins, almost all the guns represented the “military” style. Just look at, say, the Operation Bravo Case, where every second skin is executed in camo. Fortunately, the game now offers a whole bunch of vibrant and unusual skins. Today, the CS.MONEY blog compiled a selection of these very skins. Here we go!
M4A1-S Player Two
M4A1-S Player Two isn’t really a cartoonish one — rather, it looks like a comic book page. Still, the description of the skin mentions its cartoonishness. In any event, it’s a bright and juicy skin — you can even put aside the meta M4A4.
It’s not a cheap item though. Even without the frag counter, the price of M4A1-S Player Two can reach hundreds of dollars. While you can save a lot if you buy a Field-Tested copy, we recommend sticking with Minimal Wear, since it’s the best value for money.
AK-47 Aquamarine Revenge
AK-47 Aquamarine Revenge is executed in pastel colors, with just a few orange dolphins standing out in the image. A colorful skin that’s literally begging to be included in some stylized anime. Or as a special page from a manga about submarine officers.
Just like with M4A1-S Player Two, we recommend that you buy a Minimal Wear copy of AK-47 Aquamarine Revenge. This item will cost you about fifty bucks but won’t have any non-welcome scruffs. We strictly recommend against Battle-Scarred specimens: thery have too many scratches and the pattern loses a lot of details.
AWP PAW
Cute cats and dogs on AWP PAW weren’t just made to resemble cartoon characters. The artist drew these cutie pies so well that you can grasp their characters at a glance. A ready-made set of figures for a cartoon series. Whose adventures would you prefer to see: those of a crazy pug or a hypno-cat?
AWP PAW is very affordable. Five bucks — and a skin in great condition is now part of your inventory. We don’t recommend saving money in this case — it’s better to get a Factory New specimen. By the way, this skin has a rare pattern with a golden cat — a genuine good luck charm! It can be found on patterns 19, 35, 41, and others. If you want one for yourself, our website offers convenient filters, including by pattern number.
Five-SeveN Fairy Tale
Princess, castle, unicorns? It’s a classic kit for a Disney cartoon, right? Or for Shrek. Or any other cartoon. The picture refers to all fairy tales at once. For instance, the main character is hugging a unicorn while still wearing one shoe. Just like Cinderella.
If you dig the skin, CS.MONEY advises you to pay attention to its Minimal Wear variants. All that wear renders the skin look even more gorgeous, but the price is half as much as that of a Factory New item.
USP-S Cortex
With its pastel colors and a flashy “protagonist,” USP-S Cortex is somewhat reminiscent of AK-47 Aquamarine Revenge. This time, this place is occupied not by a bunch of dolphins, but by a cute skeleton who accidentally covered the entire skin with the contents of his skull box.
As the float grows, the skin quickly gets covered in scratches. But we still advise going with Field-Tested if you want to save money. A skin with this float is four times cheaper than a Factory New counterpart, and the scratches are barely noticeable.
Unicorn (Holo)
Let’s close the selection with the Unicorn (Holo) sticker. We didn’t choose it just because it’s a rainbow unicorn. Its main feature is that it looks good on all skins in the selection. This sticker isn’t the cheapest item possible though, its price reaching the five-dollar mark.
