ZywOo CS2 Settings: Crosshair, Video, Mouse

ZywOo settings: mouse and keyboard

Interestingly, the French player uses his own custom gaming mouse model made in collaboration with the Pulsar brand. The Chosen Gen.2 mouse has an ergonomic shape with a slight tilt to the right and is designed for palm grip players. It packs all the modern features, except for magnetic clicks.

As for the settings:

Everything is pretty standard here. 400 DPI is the go-to choice for most pro players. Interestingly, depending on how Mathieu is feeling the game, he might tweak his sensitivity between 1.9 and 2. His mouse sits on a branded Pulsar mousepad.

As for the keyboard, things get more interesting. ZywOo uses a keyboard with magnetic switches. ASUS made a custom version of the ASUS Rog Falchion keyboard for him. This edition features pink WASD keycaps, a yellow Enter key, and an AWP silhouette on the Backspace. There is a touch panel at the top, but more importantly, the magnetic switches let you adjust actuation points. This can give you an edge in games, even though these switches do not have a tactile bump.

ZywOo CS2 Settings: monitor and Nvidia

Like most pro players, ZywOo uses Zowie monitors. They are basically the esports standard. Notably, Mathieu hardly changes anything in his Nvidia control panel. Instead, he tweaks the settings directly on the monitor itself.

For example, the temperature of all three colors on ZywOo’s monitor is maxed out, while DyAc and AMA (settings that reduce blur and make the image more responsive) are set to Premium.

Because tournament PCs are top-tier, ZywOo does not stress too much about graphic settings. The Frenchman plays with pretty standard settings:

Fun fact: sometimes ZywOo switches his resolution from 1280*960 to 1024*768. Again, it all comes down to how he feels at that specific tournament.

As for the in-game CS2 graphic settings, here is the breakdown:

It is interesting that ZywOo uses high texture detail but low filtering. Then again, this might just mean the Chosen One does not care much about how skins look while he is playing.

ZywOo CS2 settings: binds 

Probably the most interesting part. ZywOo does not use the scroll wheel to jump; he sticks to the standard spacebar. He crouches with left Shift and walks using his mouse side button (Mouse5, to be exact). The Frenchman reloads with F, and drops his weapons by pressing the mouse wheel (aka Mouse3).

It is a small white crosshair with nothing crazy about it. Choosing a crosshair is totally subjective, and there is no single right answer here.
