Counter-Strike 2 boasts hundreds of different skins to create various inventories and express individuality, but some of these skins are grouped into series. These can range from a basic line for non-meta weapons (hello, Army Sheen!) to a cool series that becomes the foundation of a skins collection. Today, CS.MONEY Blog will talk about ten of the most remarkable skin series in CS2, including Asiimov, Printstream, Hyper Beast, Fade and more!
Assembling your inventory can be a non-trivial task but, with CS.MONEY, it becomes much easier: we have advanced filters, a convenient interface, and low prices. See for yourself and go buy now!
Fade
Let’s start with a CS2 skin series that is well-represented and quite prestigious. The gradient fill of Fade has long attracted players’ attention, but with the transition to Source 2, these skins look even better. Minimalistic design, a good foundation for crafts, and various patterns are valued, so we have all the components of a successful skin series.
Fade can become a base for your inventory because the series includes not only important weapons like AWP or Glock-18 but also Fade knives and even Fade gloves. Few can boast of such a range!
Asiimov
This CS2 skin series is named after the great sci-fi writer and it coveres five weapons, including a powerful trio: AK-47, AWP, and M4A4. P250 and P90 are also kinda good in the CS2 meta. Moreover, CS2 has gloves to match these futuristic skins: Specialist Gloves Foundation, though not referring clearly, are named after one of the main cycles of Asiimov’s works.
The Asiimov series has become a classic in Counter-Strike 2. You can read more about it here:
Hyper Beast
Brock Hofer’s art career was launched specifically thanks to Hyper Beast’s huge success. It combines extremely bright color palettes with various monsters. Hyper Beast stands out sharply against other skins, and while such a style may not be to everyone’s taste, Hyper Beast definitely has its fans. Each weapon in the skin series has different monsters depicted, be it AWP, M4A1-S, or Nova. On most of them, the trigger is an extension of the tongue—a curious feature.
Printstream
Another legendary skin series in CS2. Pearlescent elements, small icons, and a very clever combination of black and white have led Printstream to be loved by a large number of players, and skins from this series are not cheap. M4A1-S, USP-S, and Desert Eagle, though, are at the top of the popularity charts. And it all started with a broken diode on a computer case—you can read about this in our interview with the creator.
Hot Rod
What could be interesting about skins simply painted red? The answer is Source 2. After the release of Counter-Strike 2, these skins began to look stunning and simply breathtaking. Sometimes, to stand out sharply, you don’t need a flashy, colourful design. Hot Rod is the sigma in the world of skins, and that’s what makes the line so appealing.
Neo-Noir
The Neo-Noir series has all the key points to become a top choice in Counter-Strike. Popular weapons? Four out of four! AWP, M4A4, USP-S, and Glock-18. Unique style and aesthetics? Check! Attractive colour scheme? Got it! Neo-Noir is an excellent foundation for a stylish inventory, and with a dark-based colour scheme, finding other skins to match it is not a problem.
Blaze
The design of the Blaze skin series may seem unremarkable: a flame pattern on a black background. However, this combination is a sure win and time-tested: countless motorcycles around the world are painted similarly. Heavy metal remains a relevant genre, and its aesthetics have had a significant impact on culture. Moreover, Desert Eagle Blaze is considered by many to be the best skin for this pistol by a large margin.
Cyrex
The Cyrex skin series is successful for several reasons:
- Many people like the combination of black, white, and red.
- The futuristic style attracts a lot of attention.
- Cyrex is represented on popular USP-S and M4A1-S, making it a ready-to-use skin combo.
- All skins in this series are relatively inexpensive, making it easier to build an inventory around them.
This is more than enough to include it in our list.
Bloodsport
The flagship of this skin series is undoubtedly AK-47 Bloodsport. The line is futuristic, but of a different kind: retrofuturism. People saw futurism like this about forty years ago. Many recall the cult anime film “Akira” when looking at this design. By the way, did you know that its action takes place in 2019? Although sci-fi writers are often wrong, their works set a vibe that many people like. And the Bloodsport series has that vibe, too.
Mecha Industries
We’ll finish our top list of best CS2 skin series with another futuristic line. Mecha Industries is similar to Cyrex in many ways, but where Cyrex’s primary colour is black, Mecha Industries prioritizes white. The series is represented by only three skins, but each looks cool and fresh. Moreover, it will pair well with many other skins because the colour scheme is quite universal.
A skin series in CS2 can set the style for your inventory, but it’s you and your individuality that creates the magic, crafting a unique look. Skins are an important aspect of Counter-Strike, and with them, you get the maximum enjoyment from the game. The task of CS.MONEY is to ensure that you don’t get lost in these options and can create your legend in the easiest way possible! So come join us for a journey of Counter-Strike!
