When it comes to the greatest team in Counter-Strike history, there are very few contenders. The undisputed leader in this conversation is the golden lineup of Astralis. However, the Danish club had its ups and downs. Today, the CS.MONEY blog delves into their history, exploring it through the lens of Major stickers.
All the stickers mentioned, as well as the skins we recommend for crafting, can easily be purchased on CS.MONEY without any overcharges.

Astralis MLG Columbus 2016 Stickers
Astralis was created at the beginning of 2016, with its first roster being a group of players who left Team SoloMid to form a new project. At that time, three players from the future golden lineup were already present: dev1ce (then known as devve), xyp9x, and dupreeh. The captain was Karrigan, who didn’t have much success then, though he would later gain fame as a captain with FaZe Clan six years later.
At their first Major, Astralis reached the semifinals, but if we talk about the sticker from that tournament, its interesting logo became a victim of the sticker’s design concept. Nonetheless, you can commemorate Astralis’ first Major by applying the Astralis MLG Columbus 2016 sticker on Five-seveN Urban Hazard, Tec-9 Isaac or M4A1-S Briefing.

The Major in Germany was a major test for the team. On the one hand, gla1ve joined the team; on the other, Kjaerbye was not allowed to play in the Major, and Dupreeh was sidelined prematurely due to an appendix infection.
Astralis finished the tournament in the fifth-eighth place range, and while their sticker became one of the best from the tournament, it was still far from ideal. However, it can comfortably find its place on an M4A4 Evil Daimyo, UMP-45 Carbon Fiber or Five-seveN Copper Galaxy.
Astralis Atlanta 2017 Stickers
By early 2017, Karrigan had left Astralis, Kjaerbye had joined, and the Major in Atlanta became the first triumph for the Danish team. Stickers from this tournament can delight fans who have skins where red is a significant color, such as the P250 Muertos, P2000 Imperial or SG553 Cyrex.
Astralis Krakow 2017 Stickers
The tournament in Poland was a triumph for Gambit Esports and Zeus, who caught an incredible groove and defeated Astralis in a tense semifinal. Nevertheless, the sticker from this tournament became one of the best among all the teams that came to Krakow. It looks very stylish and would adorn a UMP-45 Briefing, M4A1-S Blood Tiger or CZ75-Auto Pole Position.
Astralis Boston 2018 Stickers
The second Major by ELEAGUE is remembered by all fans for the grand final between FaZe Clan and Cloud9, but few recall how Astralis performed. This is not surprising, given that for the first time in their history, the club did not make it to the playoffs. Still, the Astralis Boston 2018 sticker looks quite good and fits well on skins like the AK-47 Elite Build, P250 Crimson Kimono or FAMAS Styx.
Astralis London 2018 Stickers
Lessons were learned from such a low result. Kjaerbye left the team, Magisk joined, and the famous Golden Era squad was formed. Astralis gained impressive form throughout the tournament and won it without losing a single map in the playoffs. The Astralis London 2018 is notable not only for its sporting history but also for the geometric harmony of the logo and background — perfect for skins like USP-S Cyrex, Desert Eagle Meteorite, MP7 Bloodsport.
Astralis Katowice 2019 and Berlin 2019 Stickers
We won’t comment much here. Astralis, one could say, became a dynasty, winning three Majors in a row. Instead, let’s focus on the sticker designs. The Astralis Katowice 2019 sticker integrates the club’s angular logo into a circle with a red border. This variant is suitable for crafting with a MAC-10 Candy Apple, USP-S Check Engine and M4A4 Magnesium.
The Astralis Berlin 2019 stickers are among the best of those with the Danish club’s logo (alongside Krakow ones). The lines seem parallel, and the logo itself fits very well into the tournament background from Starladder. Skins like the Galil AR Signal, M4A4 Converter or AK-47 Redline will look even cooler with these stickers.
Astralis 2020 RMR Stickers
They say a crisis doesn’t create new trends but rather accelerates them. We had already seen certain frictions within the Golden lineup, but during the pandemic, we witnessed the disbanding of the legend. Dev1ce decided to try his luck with NiP, and several other players weren’t particularly eager to continue either.
The Astralis 2020 RMR stickers turned out quite unremarkable as there’s no play with colors. Nevertheless, it’s still a good option for the M4A1-S Night terror, Nova Candy Apple or P90 Cold Blooded.
Astralis Stockholm 2021 Stickers
Without dev1ce, Astralis began experimenting with lineups to find chemistry again, but it didn’t work out. They were eliminated in the group stage, and a new era of Counter-Strike had already begun without the Danes. Despite this, the sticker turned out to be of high quality: minimalism, a decent colour combination — a great addition to the Glock-18 Candy Apple, M4A4 Red DDPAT or FAMAS ZX Spectron.
Astralis Antwerp 2022 Stickers
After the Major in Sweden, magisk, dupreeh, and coach Zonic decided to leave the team. They all joined Team Vitality, and Astralis entered a rebuilding phase, unable to get past even the play-in stage. The Astralis Antwerp 2022 stickers don’t differ much from those in Stockholm. For this reason, we’ll suggest some more skins where red plays a significant role: AK-47 Bloodsport, Galil AR Firefight or Desert Eagle Code Red.
This was the last CS:GO Major in the club’s history, and they haven’t qualified for any tournaments since. Will they qualify for the tournament in Shanghai? The question remains open. In any case, Astralis has left its mark in Counter-Strike history.
