Skin history
P250 | Contamination appeared in CS:GO on August 8, 2014. It belongs to The Cache Collection that, remarkably, doesn’t contain skins with the “Covert” rarity grade. It was introduced to the shooter in the “ESL One Cologne 2014” update.
Pattern features
The surface of the weapon is covered with a gruesome picture of human bones and skulls, with the international radiation warning label on their foreheads, hinting at the cause of their demise.
Effect of the pattern index
The pattern index determines how the human remains are arranged on the surface of the handgun. There are no rare pattern variations for this skin.
Effect of float
Float Value of the item can vary between 0.00 and 0.83, allowing the skin to be obtainable in any exterior quality category. As the float value increases, the paint gradually wears off the surface. In heavily worn conditions, most of the paint is gone, disrupting the design and making it hard to discern the imagery.
Rarity and popularity
P250 | Contamination is categorized as the “Industrial Grade” rarity and is available in a souvenir version. The skin is not popular among CS2 players.
