M4A4 | Daybreak appeared in CS:GO on May 26, 2015. The skin belongs to the exclusive The Rising Sun Collection that contains 16 skins with Japanese themes and was introduced into the shooter along with Operation Bloodhound, the sixth in CS:GO.

Float Value of the item can vary between 0.00 and 0.60, allowing the skin to be obtainable in any exterior quality category. As the float value increases, the paint on the weapon gets noticeably erased, and at high values, it disappears from most of the rifle's surface. This disrupts the integrity of the pattern, making it impossible to discern what is shown on it.
