  • Team: Ninjas in Pyjamas (formerly — ENCE)
  • Main achievements: CCT Season 3 European Series #1 — 1st place, StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 — 17–19th place.

We start our list with a player who both played at the recent Major and has the highest individual rating among his Polish teammates: 1.17 over 43 maps against top-30 teams. The 19-year-old rifler made a huge jump this year and was one of the best players of the first stage at the Budapest Major. His career is clearly on the rise, and maybe 2026 will be another big breakthrough. We wish him the best of luck!

  • Team: Team Liquid
  • Main achievements: CS Asia Championships 2025 — 3rd place.

If xKacpersky truly made his name only this year, we have heard about ultimate before. A graduate of Pasha Biceps training camp, Roland quickly proved that he is the strongest Polish AWPer. Sadly, the results of his team this year were far from ideal, so we hope that in 2026 he finds consistency. Right now, his games are either amazing or very weak — with no middle ground.

  • Team: FaZe Clan
  • Main achievements: StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 — 2nd place

FaZe Clan coach NEO believed in his 21-year-old countryman, and as a result, jcobbb already played in his first Major final. The Budapest tournament felt magical for FaZe, and almost no one expected the team to go that far. Still, jcobbb is not playing a leading role in the roster yet, and it is clear that he is still adapting to tier-1 CS. That said, under the guidance of karrigan and NEO, Jakub should keep improving. We wish him success on this path!

  • Team: — (formerly — Inner Circle, G2 Esports, Monte)
  • Main achievements: CS Asia Championships 2025 — 4th place, BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 — 9–11th place.

For hades, 2025 was very inconsistent. On one hand, he was just a step away from reaching the playoffs with G2 Esports. On the other hand, he is currently without an active team. Just a couple of years ago, he was one of the key players in ENCE and even reached a Major semifinal. We hope he overcomes this slump and makes a strong comeback to the tier-1 pro scene.

  • Team: Team Liquid
  • Main achievements: CS Asia Championships 2025 — 3rd place.

The year 2024 was a success for siuhy: he led MOUZ, and the team was always among the favorites to win tournaments. In 2025, he moved to Team Liquid, and it feels like everyone forgot about him. Stat-wise, his performances have been quite disappointing.

So why do we include the 23-year-old player among the best Poles? Simply because we already have the YEKINDAR example. Many people wrote him off in Team Liquid, but after moving to FURIA, he reminded everyone of his true level. In 2024, siuhy was often called the best young IGL, and that kind of reputation does not disappear overnight. We hope that in 2026 Kamil finds his game again and proves the skeptics wrong.

The year 2026 will be very exciting. Many great tournaments and matches are ahead, so make sure to follow our social media accounts to not miss anything important!
