It can confidently be said that Coridium drew inspiration from Neill Blomkamp and his the science fiction film District 9, released in 2009. The combination of white, orange, and black, along with straight diagonal lines, leaves no doubt that this science fiction movie inspired the skin’s author.

P250 Asiimov, a futuristic skin for the meta pistol

Interestingly, two orange incomplete hollow triangles, positioned next to two black triangles, form the letters A and V. The latest skin in the Asiimov series is AK-47 Asiimov, the most popular weapon in CS2. Much can be said about why we had to wait almost five years, but this skin has found its niche. Coridium skillfully combined the horizontal composition of the weapon with the diagonal lines of the skin. It turned out bright and unusual.
Trivia Time: Coridium also released Tec-9 Isaac. It looks futuristic, reminiscent of Asiimov in composition, and in the workshop, it was named Tec-9 Asiimov. However, Valve, apparently due to a different colour scheme, decided to rename the skin while keeping the reference.
