By making a purchase or an exchange, you certify that you have read, understood, and agree with this Refund Policy.
Refund Policy covers the following purchases:
- CS.MONEY Balance
- Market Balance
- CS.MONEY Subscription
- CS.MONEY Commission
WHEN ARE PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?
Transactions with Skins. Skins are qualified as digital content
(virtual items) and are exempt from the general withdrawal right due to
their specifics upon the consumer’s prior express consent.
All transactions with skins (exchange, sale, purchase) are final and can not be reversed.
Transactions with CS.MONEY Balance, Market Balance, CS.MONEY Subscription,
All these services are deemed to be fully performed at the time of granting you access to CS.MONEY Balance/ Market Balance/ CS.MONEY Subscription/ CS.MONEY Services accordingly.
This case is exempt from the general withdrawal right upon the consumer’s prior express consent.
BY AGREEING TO THIS REFUND POLICY AND MAKING A PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE LOSS OF YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND WAIVE ANY RIGHTS IN CONNECTION THERETO.
YOU MAY REQUEST FOR A REFUND FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
Skin/Service was not delivered. Please keep in mind that:
We start processing your purchase once your payment is approved. Usually, it
takes seconds to confirm your payment, but it may take longer depending on
your payment method.
Any delay in payment processing by a payment service provider does not constitute a non-delivery and does not give rise to a refund.
If you purchase a skin that is on hold period, you will receive a virtual copy of this skin that you’ll be able to trade during the hold period. You will be able to receive this skin into your inventory only after the expiration of the hold period. This case is not considered non-delivery.
If you have not received the ordered Skin/ Service or received it but not in full, please contact CS.MONEY Support. Once we confirm the non-delivery, we will proceed with the refund.
Failure to deactivate a subscription. If you failed to deactivate a subscription 24 hours before its expiration and were charged regularly, we will provide you with a refund for the latest renewal provided that you have contacted our Customer Support within 24 hours after being charged for the subscription, provided that you haven’t used the Service in the period you request a refund for.
Fraudulent transactions. If the purchase was made not by you and your
payment credentials were used fraudulently, please contact us via email at
[email protected] as soon as possible.
We will investigate the case, and if the money is still in our system, we will proceed with the refund, otherwise, the refund is not possible.
No Reason. For any reason, you may request a refund for the
transaction to top up your CS.MONEY Balance or Market balance within 14 days
from the transaction date provided that you haven't used the balance and
non-crypto currency was used as a Payment Method.
We do not do partial refunds.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND?
By default, purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make
the purchase. Depending on your payment method, a refund may take up to 45
If your payment method does not support refunds, we will credit the refund amount to your CS.MONEY balance.
We do not do refunds in cryptocurrency.
