USP-S | Serum appeared in CS:GO on November 8, 2013. It’s contained in the CS:GO Weapon Case 2 that was introduced to the shooter as part of “The Arms Deal 2” update.

The pistol features a simple design with a camouflage pattern consisting of black, green, and red spots on a dark gray surface.

The pattern index determines how the camouflage pattern is applied to the weapon's surface. There are no valuable pattern variations for this skin.

Float Value of the item can vary between 0.00 and 0.25, allowing the skin to be obtainable in any exterior quality category except for the last two. Despite the narrow range of possible float values, wear has a noticeable impact on its appearance, making the slide and grip of the gun appear significantly worn and scuffed at maximum wear.

USP-S | Serum belongs to the “Classified” rarity grade and is available with the StatTrak kill counter. The skin is not popular among CS2 players.
