I only received part of the items and the rest of trades were declined. What do I do?

Refresh the site page and check your Trade balance. Due to technical issues, some trades may be canceled. In this case, the total cost of items will be credited to your site balance. You can use your Trade balance in the “Trade” mode to get new items.
