What is a promo code, and what do I get for using it?
A promo code gives you a bonus on your first purchase in the Trade mode, offering up to 5% of the purchase value, with a maximum of $5. The bonus is credited only after your trade has been successfully completed and confirmed by the system.
Who can use a promo code?
Promo codes are available only to new users who have never traded in the Trade mode. If you’ve already completed at least one trade in this mode, the promo code cannot be applied, even if you’ve never used a promo code before.
How is the bonus calculated?
The bonus is 5% of the purchase value, with the following limits:
- minimum purchase value: $10
- maximum bonus: $5, even if 5% of the purchase value exceeds this amount.
Examples:
- $10 purchase → $0.50 bonus
- $50 purchase → $2.50 bonus
- $100 or more → $5 maximum bonus
Only the amount you pay for purchasing items in the Trade mode is used to calculate the bonus.
When is the bonus credited?
You must apply the promo code before starting your first trade. The bonus is credited only after the trade has been successfully completed and confirmed by the system. If the trade is declined, no bonus will be credited.
Can I use a promo code for a trade worth less than $10?
No. The minimum trade value required to receive the bonus is $10.
My promo code isn’t working. What should I do?
This usually happens for one of the following reasons:
- the promo code has already been used on your account;
- this isn’t your first trade in the Trade mode;
- your trade value is less than $10.
Please check these conditions first. If none apply and your promo code still doesn’t work, please contact our support team. We’ll look into the issue and find out what went wrong.
The promo code has expired or is unavailable
Each promo code has a limited number of uses. Once that limit is reached, the promo code becomes unavailable until the promotion resumes. Stay tuned to our official channels (social media, email newsletters, etc.) for updates.
The promo code isn’t available in my country
Some promo codes are available only in selected regions. If the promotion isn’t currently available in your country, please check back later or follow our social media channels for announcements about upcoming promotions.
The item price or availability changed while creating my trade
Item prices in the Trade mode are updated in real time, so the total trade value may change while you’re creating the trade. Your promo code will not be lost, and you can create the trade again.
Can I cash out the bonus or transfer it to another user?
No. A promo code bonus is not cash or electronic money. It is a promotional credit that can only be used for purchasing items in the Trade mode. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another user.
My trade failed, but the promo code was marked as used
If your promo code was marked as used due to a technical issue on our end and the trade was not completed, please contact our support team within 7 calendar days from the date the promo code was used. We’ll review your case individually. If we confirm the issue, we’ll restore your promo code, give you a new one, or manually credit an equivalent bonus. Requests submitted after this period may be declined.
I found a promo code on a third-party website, but it doesn’t work
CS.MONEY does not publish promo codes on third-party websites. Information found there may be outdated or inaccurate. Actual and valid promo codes are only shared through our official channels.
