Skin history
SG 553 | Atlas by Centauri appeared in CS:GO on April 27, 2016. The skin is contained in the Chroma 3 Case that includes 17 finishes for firearms and a knife skin as a rare item. This case was introduced to the shooter in the “Trichromacy” update.
Pattern features
The entire assault rifle is covered with a green camouflage pattern. Over it, orange lines with various military-tactical writings are applied. In the center of the receiver, there is a writing with the name of the skin.
Effect of float
Float Value of SG 553 | Atlas can vary between 0.00 and 0.81, allowing the skin to be obtainable in any exterior quality category. As the float value increases, the weapon gradually darkens and gets erased. In the “Battle-Scarred” condition, a significant amount of paint disappears from the forend and receiver. However, the writing with the skin's name remains intact.
Rarity and popularity
SG 553 | Atlas is categorized as the “Mil-Spec Grade” rarity and is available with the StatTrak kill counter. The skin is not popular among CS2 players.
