SG 553 | Danger Close by MultiH and dC^ was introduced to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on December 7, 2018. It’s contained in the Danger Zone Case that includes 17 community-designed weapon finishes, as well as Horizon knives as rare drops. This case appeared in the shooter in the “Welcome to the Danger Zone” update.

Most of the carbine’s surface is covered with a dark gray paint, close to black. The forend and receiver are colored orange and dark blue in such a way that various shapes are formed on their surface (a diamond and a cross can be noticed on the receiver).

Float Value of the item can vary between 0.02 and 0.80, allowing it to be obtainable in any exterior quality category. As the carbine wears down, it noticeably darkens, losing a small amount of paint. At high float values, the scope and forend are the most worn, while the receiver becomes very dark.
