How does skin trade work?
It's simple! Log in to CS.MONEY, select items from your Steam inventory (on the left) and from the site inventory (on the right), then click “Trade”. Confirm the trade in Steam and that's it! Enjoy your new skins.
What do I need to trade?
Enter your Steam trade link in your personal area on CS.MONEY. Also make sure you have Steam Guard activated — it's a Steam requirement for trades. And don't forget to open your Steam inventory and profile so we can send you a trade offer.
How can I top up my balance on CS.MONEY?
Click on the balance box in the upper right corner of the site. In the opened window choose a convenient deposit method, specify the amount and confirm the payment in the payment system.
What should I do if my inventory on the site is not updating?
1. Check the privacy settings in Steam — the “Profile” and “Inventory” settings should be set to “Public”.
2. Make sure that the trade link in your CS.MONEY account matches the link in Steam.
Wait 10 minutes, then refresh your inventory manually by clicking the refresh button in the top right corner of your inventory on CS.MONEY.
If your inventory still hasn't updated, contact our support team.
What should I do if a trade has been canceled?
If you canceled the trade in Steam yourself or did not confirm it within 15 minutes, just refresh the page and create the trade again.
If the trade is canceled automatically without your consent, please contact support — we will help you find and fix the problem!
