These Promotional Code Terms (the “Terms”) apply to the use of promotional codes issued or made available in connection with the CS.MONEY website (the “Website”) and the Trade Mode section of the website.
The CS.MONEY website is provided to Users by different CS.MONEY entities depending on the User’s territory. For the purposes of these Terms, the entity responsible for issuing, administering and applying a Promo Code is the relevant CS.MONEY entity that provides the website and Trade Mode functionality to the User under the CS.MONEY Terms of Use, as determined by the User’s country or region of residence, registration, access, account settings, applicable checkout flow or other territorial eligibility criteria used by CS.MONEY from time to time (the “Applicable CS.MONEY Entity”).
Unless expressly stated otherwise, references in these Terms to “CS.MONEY”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the Applicable CS.MONEY Entity only.
By applying or attempting to apply a promo code, the User (“User”, “you”) agrees to these Terms, together with the CS.MONEY Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any campaign-specific terms displayed in the advertisement, landing page, checkout page, promo code description or other place where the promo code is made available.
For the purposes of these Terms:
Eligible Purchase means a completed purchase of items by an Eligible User in Trade Mode that satisfies the minimum purchase amount and any other requirements applicable to the relevant Promo Code. For the avoidance of doubt, sales of items by a User to CS.MONEY, sell transactions, exchanges, deposits, withdrawals, proceeds from sales, fees, taxes, payment charges and transactions in any mode other than Trade Mode do not constitute an Eligible Purchase for the purposes of these Terms.
Eligible User means a User who has not previously completed their first Transaction in Trade Mode on CS.MONEY.
Promo Code means a promotional code issued or authorised by CS.MONEY that may entitle an Eligible User to a Promo Code Benefit when used in accordance with these Terms and any applicable campaign-specific terms.
Promo Code Benefit means the promotional cashback benefit that may be credited to an Eligible User after completion of an Eligible Purchase where a valid Promo Code has been successfully applied in accordance with these Terms and any applicable campaign-specific terms.
Trade Mode means the Trade Mode section, mode or functionality of the CS.MONEY website through which Users may purchase items. Purchases, deposits, withdrawals, exchanges or other actions in any other section, mode or functionality of CS.MONEY do not qualify as Trade Mode transactions for the purposes of these Terms unless CS.MONEY expressly states otherwise.
Transaction means the first completed purchase by a User in Trade Mode. Transactions in other modes, products or sections of CS.MONEY are not counted as a Transaction for the purposes of these Terms.
2.1. Promo Codes are available only to Eligible Users, unless CS.MONEY expressly states otherwise in the campaign-specific terms.
2.2. A Promo Code may be used only once per User and only in connection with the User’s first Transaction in Trade Mode of the Website.
2.3. Users who have previously completed a Transaction in Trade Mode are not eligible to use Promo Codes intended for new Users, even if they have not used a Promo Code before.
2.4. CS.MONEY may verify eligibility at any time, including before, during or after checkout. If CS.MONEY determines that a User is not eligible, CS.MONEY may refuse to apply the Promo Code, cancel the Promo Code Benefit, reverse the benefit, cancel the relevant purchase where technically possible, or take any other action permitted under the CS.MONEY Terms of Use.
3.1. Unless otherwise stated in the campaign-specific terms, the Promo Code Benefit is equal to 5% of the Eligible Purchase value, subject to:
3.2. For the purposes of calculating the Promo Code Benefit, the Eligible Purchase value means the amount paid by the User for the purchase of items in Trade Mode only. Sales of items by the User to CS.MONEY, sell transactions, exchanges, proceeds from sales, credits, other promotional benefits, fees, taxes, payment charges and transactions in any other mode, product or section of CS.MONEY are excluded.
3.3. For illustrative purposes only:
3.4. Purchases below USD 10 or its equivalent are not eligible for a Promo Code Benefit.
3.5. The Promo Code Benefit is promotional only. It is not cash, electronic money, a financial asset, a payment instrument or a withdrawable balance. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other value, except to the extent expressly permitted by CS.MONEY in connection with use of the Promo Code Benefit on the Website.
3.6. The Promo Code Benefit is a promotional cashback benefit credited after completion of Eligible Purchase. The Promo Code must be successfully applied before the Eligible Purchase is submitted, but the Promo Code Benefit is credited only after the Eligible Purchase has been completed and confirmed by CS.MONEY.
4.1. Only one Promo Code may be used per Eligible Purchase.
4.2. Promo Codes cannot be combined with any other promo code, discount, bonus, campaign, referral benefit, special offer or other promotional benefit, unless CS.MONEY expressly states otherwise.
4.3. A Promo Code must be entered and successfully applied before the relevant purchase is submitted. Promo Codes cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase has been completed.
4.4. A Promo Code is deemed used when it is successfully applied to a purchase and a cashback credited after completion, unless the purchase fails due to a technical error attributable to CS.MONEY, in which case Clause 8 applies.
4.5. Promo Codes are valid only for purchases in Trade Mode. They do not apply to other modes, features, services, products, fees, charges, delivery costs, payment costs, taxes or third-party charges, unless CS.MONEY expressly states otherwise.
5.1. Each Promo Code may be subject to additional campaign-specific terms, including:
5.2. Campaign-specific terms may be displayed in the relevant advertisement, landing page, blog post, social media post, influencer publication, email, push notification, checkout page, promo code description or other place where the Promo Code is made available.
5.3. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the campaign-specific terms, the campaign-specific terms will prevail for that specific Promo Code, except that the restrictions on abuse, non-transferability, non-cash nature of the Promo Code Benefit and CS.MONEY’s rights under Clauses 7, 8, 9 and 10 will continue to apply.
6.1. Promo Codes are available only during the validity period specified by CS.MONEY.
6.2. CS.MONEY may limit a Promo Code by time, number of uses, total campaign budget, total Promo Code Benefit amount, user segment, geography, distribution channel or any other technical or commercial parameter.
6.3. Promo Codes are available on a first-come, first-served basis, unless CS.MONEY expressly states otherwise.
6.4. A Promo Code may expire or become unavailable before the end of a campaign if the applicable usage limit, budget limit, total benefit limit or other campaign limit has been reached.
7.1. Users must not misuse Promo Codes or attempt to circumvent these Terms.

7.3. If CS.MONEY reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, technical manipulation, breach of these Terms or breach of the CS.MONEY Terms of Use, CS.MONEY may, without liability:
8.1. Promo Code Benefits are not refundable and do not create any separate right to payment, compensation or credit.
8.2. If a purchase is not completed, fails, is cancelled or is reversed for reasons not attributable to CS.MONEY, the Promo Code may be treated as used and CS.MONEY is not obliged to reissue, replace or reinstate the Promo Code.
8.3. If a Promo Code is deducted, marked as used or otherwise consumed due to a technical error attributable to CS.MONEY, and the relevant purchase in Trade Mode was not completed, the User must contact CS.MONEY support within seven (7) calendar days from the date on which the Promo Code was deducted, marked as used or otherwise consumed.
8.4. CS.MONEY will review such cases on an individual basis. Where CS.MONEY confirms that the issue was caused by a technical error attributable to CS.MONEY and the User contacted support within the timeframe specified in Clause 8.3, CS.MONEY may, at its discretion, reinstate the Promo Code, issue a replacement Promo Code, manually credit an equivalent promotional benefit, or provide another commercially reasonable solution. Requests submitted after the period specified in Clause 8.3 may be rejected.
8.5. CS.MONEY is not responsible for errors caused by the User, third-party payment providers, network issues, device issues, browser issues, incorrect input of the Promo Code, insufficient funds, rejected payments, unavailable items, changes in item availability or price, or any other circumstances outside CS.MONEY’s reasonable control.
9.1. Promo Code Benefits are promotional, conditional and non-refundable.
9.2. No cash alternative is available.
9.3. If a purchase to which a Promo Code Benefit was applied is cancelled, reversed, refunded, charged back or otherwise unwound, CS.MONEY may cancel or reverse the Promo Code Benefit and may deduct or recover its value from any amount otherwise due to the User, where permitted by the CS.MONEY Terms of Use and applicable law.
9.4. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that a User may have under applicable law.
10.1. CS.MONEY may amend, suspend, withdraw, cancel or terminate any Promo Code, promotional campaign or these Terms at any time, including where necessary for technical, operational, commercial, legal, compliance, fraud-prevention or risk-management reasons.
10.2. Any amendment, suspension, withdrawal, cancellation or termination will not affect Promo Code Benefits that were validly applied to completed Eligible Purchases before such change, unless CS.MONEY determines that the Promo Code Benefit was obtained by fraud, abuse, technical manipulation, mistake, breach of these Terms or breach of the CS.MONEY Terms of Use.
10.3. CS.MONEY does not guarantee that any Promo Code will be available, functional or applicable at any particular time.
11.1. Promo Codes may be distributed through paid online advertising, social media, blog posts, influencers, affiliates, partners, email, push notifications, landing pages or other marketing channels authorised by CS.MONEY.
11.2. Availability of a Promo Code through a third-party channel does not mean that the third party is authorised to modify these Terms or make binding commitments on behalf of CS.MONEY.
11.3. If a Promo Code is distributed through an influencer, affiliate, partner or other third party, the User remains responsible for reviewing the applicable Promo Code conditions displayed by CS.MONEY or made available in connection with the relevant campaign.
12.1. These Terms form part of, and are incorporated by reference into, the CS.MONEY Terms of Use.
12.2. The CS.MONEY Terms of Use continue to apply to all accounts, orders, transactions, items, payments, restrictions, suspensions, limitations of liability and dispute resolution matters.
12.3. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the CS.MONEY Terms of Use, the CS.MONEY Terms of Use will prevail, except where these Terms expressly set out additional conditions specific to Promo Codes.
