Maxim Lukin, better known as kyousuke, became the champion of the Intel Extreme Masters Cologne Major 2026. Despite his young age, he delivered an outstanding performance throughout the tournament and finished as one of its top fraggers. The CS.MONEY Blog took a look at the young star’s config and is ready to show you all of kyousuke CS2 settings. Let’s get started!

Kyousuke CS2 Settings: Mouse
Kyousuke is currently using a magenta Logitech G Pro X Superlight. His mouse settings are fairly standard, with nothing unusual:
- DPI — 800;
- In-game sensitivity — 1.28;
- Polling rate — 1000 Hz;
- Zoom sensitivity — 1.
His eDPI is 1024, which is slightly above the common 800–1000 eDPI range. It is also higher than the settings used by his teammates, but that certainly does not stop Maxim from collecting frags at any range.
Another interesting detail is his keyboard. Maxim uses a Logitech G Pro with blue switches. Most gamers avoid blue switches because of their loud click, but kyousuke actually prefers them. His headset and mousepad choices are much more traditional: a HyperX Cloud II and a SteelSeries QcK Heavy.
Kyousuke CS2 Settings: Crosshair
Maxim Lukin plays on a low resolution with a stretched aspect ratio, and his crosshair matches that setup. It is a small, bright yellow, fairly wide crosshair placed in the center of the screen. There are no extra features: no center dot, no outline, and no Follow Recoil mode. He uses a classic static crosshair that does not change size while moving or shooting.

Kyousuke CS2 Settings: Graphics
Kyousuke plays on 1280×960 stretched resolution with NVIDIA Reflex disabled and Boost Player Contrast enabled. One interesting setting is his FPS cap. The Team Falcons star limits his frame rate to 500 FPS, matching his monitor’s refresh rate.
CS2 Settings
Maxim also keeps his graphics settings simple. To copy them, start with the Low preset and then adjust a few options, such as anti-aliasing. Here is the full list:
- MSAA — 8x;
- Global Shadow Quality — Low;
- Dynamic Shadows — All;
- Model/Texture Detail — Low;
- Texture Filtering Mode — Anisotropic 2x;
- Shader Detail — Low;
- Particle Detail — Low;
- Ambient Occlusion — Disabled;
- High Dynamic Range — Quality;
- FidelityFX Super Resolution — Disabled.

Viewmodel
For his viewmodel, kyousuke uses preset 2. To copy it, simply enter the console command:
viewmodel_presetpos 2There is one unusual detail, though. Maxim does not use a bind to switch weapon hands and even says:
“I don’t remember my weapon ever blocking my view of an enemy.”
It is a bold claim, although we would not recommend testing it yourself.
Kyousuke CS2 Settings: Sound, Binds, Gameplay
There is nothing particularly unusual in Team Falcons’ rifler’s audio settings. He uses the default equalizer and has never changed it. One interesting option is that he enables ragdoll prediction while playing on LAN. At home, he turns it off because of higher ping.
It is also worth mentioning his radar zoom bind. As the player himself explains: “I set my radar zoom to 0.25. For example, when you’re going down on Nuke and there’s a smoke, you can still clearly understand where everyone is just by looking at the radar.”
Kyousuke CS2 Settings: launch options
Maxim Lukin does not use any CS2 launch options. However, he disables controller support and the Steam Overlay in the game’s Steam settings. According to the player, he turns off the Steam Overlay to avoid accidentally opening it during a match.
Which CS2 skins does kyousuke use?
While checking settings of kyousuke, we also took a look at his inventory. And there is plenty to admire. Besides his trophy from the latest Major, we found a collection of impressive skins:

Maxim “kyousuke” Lukin is already one of the youngest Major champions in Counter-Strike history. He has delivered outstanding performances tournament after tournament, and if he keeps this level up, another Valve trophy could be sitting on his shelf before the end of the year.
