Top September Skins

Dozens and even hundreds of skins are uploaded to the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Workshop on a daily basis. Their quality varies from horrible failures to ingenious, Da Vinci-level masterpieces.

CS.MONEY has chosen the coolest and most beautiful skins which have been added to the Steam Workshop in September.

Five-SeveN Space

There are not so many colorful skins for the Five-SeveN, most of them either containing a very basic pattern or camouflaged. The Five-SeveN Space fixes this flaw, combining a simple background with a bizarre-style drawing. The result is a very nice sketch about space.

The angry-looking grinning creature on the gun’s barrel deserves a special mention. A sticker would be just what the doctor ordered here. The author of the skin also posted some screenshots to show how increasing wear looks like. The drawing barely dims!

UMP-45 District-30

The UMP-45 is no longer as popular as it used to be. After all the nerfs, it was almost completely forgotten on the competitive stage. Even those who like to show off don’t see any point in using this submachine gun since there are almost no cool and detailed skins for it.

In the UMP-45 District-30 skin, a certain trick is used that’s often to be seen in Glock-18 skins: the body of the submachine gun is divided into halves of different colors. The upper part is painted red and the lower one gray, with several beige details present too.

Simple as it might be, the trick works very well and the skin looks amazing. There are also curious small details to be found. The body and the handle are covered with relief elements, greatly enhancing the overall looks of the skin.

AK-47 RESISTANCE

It was not until rather recently that holographic skins entered Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and their number is still relatively limited. The AK-47 RESISTANCE is divided in half by the iridescent snake flashing with all the colors possible. This skin also contains a Japanese-style wave pattern.

The skin is available in two versions: black and white. Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to find any interesting Easter eggs in it, but either way, it looks stunning as it is, and some added holo-stickers would probably make it look even cooler.

Glock-18 Spacerock Acid

Another skin taking advantage of normal mapping to create a relief effect. The whole slide, magazine, and trigger seem to be made of some acidic space mineral, with the rest of the gun’s elements almost untouched. For the Glock-18, that’s a rather popular skin format.

The choice of color deserves special praise here — there are only two green Glock-18 skins, after all, and just as many (only two!) skins that use normal maps. The Glock-18 Spacerock Acid looks great and would definitely make a worthy addition to the skin arsenal of this basic attack pistol.

AK-47 RGB

No serious gamer can do without RGB LED. Apparently, it was this fact that guided the creator of this skin. The AK-47 RGB is executed in dark tones, and its edges are underlined with holographic stripes.

Additionally, the skin contains some simple patterns: there’s a pattern composed of black and white elements on the handle, with the barrel receiver embellished with another pattern. Waves of gray shades can be seen along the whole length of the gun. In a nutshell: a simple, but absolutely beautiful skin.
