In-Game Screenshots
The easiest way to get a beautiful picture of a skin is to screenshot it directly in the game. But if you just go to Dust 2 and smash the inspection button and then screen it on a respawn, it won’t look impressive enough, right? So to get the best result, you need to take three steps.
First, you must switch all Counter-Strike: Global Offensive settings to max. Do not forget about the resolution: it is better to set it as high as possible for your monitor. For example, take screenshots in 4K or 2560×1440. This guarantees the best picture quality.
Second, you need a suitable background. The good news is that there are several usable maps in the Workshop. You can jump to, for example, Skin Screenshot Map v3 if you want a sky background. Another option is to use an unusual map without unnecessary elements. Catfood, the famous mapmaker that reworked Tuscan recently, has one great map, reef. You can take some great shots there. However, we advise you to browse through the Workshop and find your favorite background.
Third, disable the user interface. To do this, you need a console and just one command. Activate the console in the game settings and open it by pressing the tilde key, “~”. Then, type cl_drawhud 0. This command completely disables the interface, even the sight, except for frags feed in the upper left side of the screen. Fortunately, it will not interfere. First part of the promo code: RVL.
After all these steps, you will get a great picture with a standard inspection animation. The main disadvantage is that if you have more than one skin, creating a gallery can take a huge amount of time.
Use Telegram Bots
Sometimes regular inspections are not the best option. For example, Case Hardened knives require seeing both sides of the blade and the amount of blue they have, so, therefore, the standard inspection animation is not very well suited for this task. Or here’s another scenario: you have a lot of skins, and shooting fifteen AKs is life-draining. So what should you do?

After that, you must wait a bit, usually a few seconds, and it’s done! The bot will send you a picture in .png format with the specified skin and its data: name, pattern number, and float value.
