USP-S | Royal Blue appeared in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on July 1, 2014. The skin belongs to The Cobblestone Collection that includes 15 weapon finishes in total. It was introduced to the shooter along with Operation Breakout.

The pistol has a very simple design: its slide is covered with muted light blue paint, while the rest of the surface is deep blue (some parts, such as the trigger, are covered with burgundy paint). There are no other design elements on the surface of the gun.

Float Value of the item can vary between 0.06 and 0.80, allowing the skin to be obtainable in any exterior quality category. As the weapon wears down, the paint gets quickly erased from its surface. At maximum float values, the skin’s name loses its meaning, as the pistol becomes almost entirely black, losing over 90% of its original paint.

USP-S | Royal Blue is categorized as the “Industrial Grade” rarity and is available in a souvenir version. This skin is not popular among CS2 fans.
