AK-47 | Safari Mesh was introduced to CS:GO on November 27, 2013. It’s contained in The Dust 2 Collection that includes 16 thematic weapon finishes from the map of the same name and appeared in the shooter in the “Out with the old, in with the new” update.

The entire surface of the firearm consists of alternating sections of light yellow, green, and brown. A mesh pattern is applied on top of the paint.

The pattern index determines how the mesh is applied to the surface of the gun. However, this skin doesn’t have valuable pattern variations.

Float Value of the item can vary between 0.06 and 0.80, allowing the skin to be obtainable in any exterior quality category. As the weapon’s quality deteriorates, the rifle darkens, and its individual parts gradually wear down. At high float values, the paint on the receiver and rear sight block gets significantly erased, while the barrel and the magazine lose almost all their paint (the magazine release lever is completely exposed).

AK-47 | Safari Mesh is categorized as the “Industrial Grade” rarity and is obtainable in a souvenir variant. This skin is moderately popular among CS2 fans.
