If this is your first time discovering Trade mode, this article will help you understand its features and benefits.
What is the “Trade” mode for?
In “Trade” mode you can trade CS2 items from your Steam inventory for items from our site or buy them for money. This is a great option if you want to trade a few of your items or completely upgrade your inventory!
Before trading, check that your Steam Guard is fully activated, your inventory and profile are set to “Public” in privacy settings, and that you have an up-to-date trade link on your personal area page.
You can use the balance in the “Trade” mode to buy items or to compensate for the difference in value when trading skins. For example, if you trade an expensive item for several cheaper ones, the difference will be credited to your balance. And the opposite — if you want to trade your items for a more expensive one, the difference will be deducted from your balance.
Please note: CS.MONEY has two separate balances - for the “Trade” mode and for the “Market” mode. They do not interact with each other.
You can replenish your balance in the “Trade” mode in two ways: by trading items to your balance or by direct replenishment through a payment method convenient for you.
Trade went through, but I didn't receive the items
Most likely you traded for items with a temporary trade lock. These items are marked with a lock icon in the upper left corner and have a specified unlock time.
The 7-day trade lock applies to all items that are transferred between users in Steam. These items are now in your virtual inventory on CS.MONEY, and you will be able to withdraw them to Steam once the lock is over.
