M4A1-S | Nightmare by Apel was introduced on October 29, 2017, and appeared in CS:GO on August 2 of the following year. The skin is contained in the Horizon Case that was added to the shooter in “A New Horizon” update.

The entire surface of the rifle is painted in shades of blue (from light to dark) and black. The receiver and grip feature an image of a fantastic black creature with light-blue eyes, resembling a horse with sharp teeth and through holes. It is surrounded by sharp blue crystals, which are also present on other parts of the gun. On the grip, a few snowflakes are noticeable.

Float Value of M4A1-S | Nightmare can vary between 0.00 and 1.00, allowing the skin to be obtainable in any exterior quality category. As the float value increases, the weapon darkens, and the paint on its surface is gradually erased. However, even at maximum float values, the image of the fantastic creature remains recognizable.

M4A1-S | Nightmare belongs to the “Classified” rarity grade and is available with the StatTrak kill counter. The skin is popular among CS2 players.
