AK-47 | Safety Net appeared in CS:GO on September 1, 2018. The skin belongs to The Inferno 2018 Collection, which contains 18 thematic skins from the map of the same name and was introduced to the shooter in the “FACEIT 2018 - Ways to Watch” update.

Most of the weapon's surface is covered with white and gray paint, over which an orange grid of hexagons of different sizes is carelessly applied (with drips). The magazine, barrel, and some small parts of the weapon are covered with black paint.

The pattern index determines how the pattern is applied to the surface of the weapon, but it has no effect on the cost of the skin, and there are no valuable varieties of the pattern.

Float Value of the gun can vary between 0.00 and 0.60, allowing the skin to be obtainable in any exterior quality category. As the float value increases, the rifle darkens, and some of its parts gradually wear down. When wear is high, the paint on the magazine and barrel gets significantly erased, and it completely disappears from the trigger and its guard.

AK-47 | Safety Net belongs to the “Restricted” rarity grade and is available in a souvenir version. The skin is not popular among CS2 players.
