Today, the race concluded with the CS2 update, and CS.MONEY Blog is taking a detailed look at all the stickers in the Auto Racing Collection, showing new Easter Eggs and hidden references.

Auto Racing Collection All Stickers Listed
A total of 28 Auto Racing stickers were added to CS2. This collection (one bald dude might even say a family) is imbued not only with the spirit of motorsports, racing, and the smell of burnt rubber, but also with a whole bunch of references and easter eggs. But first things first: let’s look at all the stickers from the Auto Racing set in one list.

Auto Racing Stickers Easter Eggs and References Explained
Despite the rich history of motorsports, there aren’t many Easter eggs related to it among the new Auto Racing stickers. Leaving aside the designs inspired by iconic things and team logos from the 80s, there are a couple of references… but boy, what references!
Neo-Hold (Holo) and Neo-Rush (Holo)
Two stickers with huge references. The Neo-Hold (Holo) and Neo-Rush (Holo) designs are directly inspired by the legendary Akira anime poster. This sci-fi work, released in the late ’80s, left a lasting impression and continues to do so, inspiring sticker creators for CS2, among others.
Defusal Sprint
The Defusal Sprint sticker has an Easter egg in a very prominent place. It’s so obvious, you could almost miss it. Take a closer look at the trajectory and you’ll see what we mean—the path from start to finish forms the silhouette of a chicken. Now we’re really looking forward to seeing the de_sprint in CS2 that the artist suggests running.
Digital Dashboard (Lenticular)
The Digital Dashboard (Lenticular) has a reference, albeit with a bit of a stretch. The thing is, the artist used the speedometer data from a McLaren F1 GTR. The car is legendary, and although its dashboard looks different, we couldn’t ignore the fact that the McLaren F1 GTR even finished first at the 24 Hours of Le Mans!
Killometer
The Killometer sticker boasts a huge “NEED FOR ACE” sign, and it’s not just a reference to the street racing video game series. The phrase “need for speed” was popularized by “Top Gun”, which originated from 1970s pilot slang. The gist of the phrase is obvious—a pilot needs to maintain maximum speed to survive in a dogfight. But half a century later, it feels like a profound meta-reference and admonition: to successfully ace, you need to maintain high speed.
Best Auto Racing Stickers for Scraping
Almost all Auto Racing stickers scrape off very well. Many leave behind checkers or other racing stuff, but there are also some surprising references, like for example the one to the “Chernobyl” TV series. Let’s take a look at what’s under the hood.
Roentgen Raceclub
Let’s start with the aforementioned “Chernobyl” reference. If you scratch a Roentgen Raceclub sticker, you’ll be left with the text “Not great, not terrible.” This is a line from Anatoly Dyatlov, a character from the show, which became a meme after the miniseries.

Six stickers that erase according to the same principle: the border around the main part of the sticker disappears when it is worn to the maximum.

A completely scraped Lucky Charms (Foil) sticker leaves only a key and half a ring remaining.
Bomb On Board
If you erase this new Auto Racing sticker almost completely, the text and background will disappear, only the C4 icon will remain.
Checkered Kukri
Checkered Kukri sticker leaves a silhouette of a knife with a flag and the text LAST LAP is visible on the last one.
Neo-Hold (Holo) and Neo-Rush (Holo)
Everything is erased except the image of the racing car.
Turbo Peek (Foil)
Only the toggle switch remains, the text is completely erased.
Handheld (Lenticular)
On Handheld (Lenticular), the console is completely erased and only the screen with racing games remains.
Sand Dune Baja Tour
The background disappears completely, leaving only checkers on the road.
How to get Auto Racing stickers?
New Auto Racing stickers are available for purchase in The Armory, already in CS2. For one Armory Pass star you can try your luck to get a sticker you want. Note that, as before, you can’t purchase your favorite stickers directly: each purchase only grants one random item from the set.
